What counts as an interview?
An interview counts when your report is ready. If it fails to start or the report fails on our side, you get it back. If you stop before the second main question, it does not count, up to 2 times a day.
What happens when my pass ends?
It just ends. Nothing renews and nothing is charged. Your reports stay in your history.
Can I share my pass?
No. A pass is personal: it is for your own practice on your own account.
How do refunds work?
Within 7 days of paying, email us or use Get help with your account email and the payment date. We reply within 5 business days, and the refund goes back to the method you paid with. This does not limit rights you have under Philippine law.
