These terms explain how you may use KAIVI during our early test. You agree to them when you tick the first box on the consent page.

What KAIVI is
KAIVI is a practice tool. An AI interviews you and writes a report to help you get ready for real job interviews.
Your report is practice feedback only. No employer sees it, and KAIVI makes no hiring decision about you.
Who can use KAIVI
- You must be 18 or older. If we find that an account belongs to someone under 18, we delete it.
- During this early test, only people whose email address is on our invite list can create an account.
Your account
- You sign in with a code we send to your email. Keep your email account safe, and never share a sign-in code.
- You can stop using KAIVI at any time. To delete your account, email [email protected].
Using KAIVI fairly
- Only use your own resume, never someone else's.
- Do not try to get around sign-in limits, the bot check or other security controls, and do not try to reach other people's data.

Our Privacy Notice explains what data we collect, why, and how long we keep it.
Changes to these terms
This is an interim version. When we change these terms, we publish the new version here and ask you to agree again.
